Refund & Return Policy
We offer tailored policies for each of our three core collections. Please review the policy that applies to your purchase.
1. Exclusive Print Collection – Limited Returns
Each item is made to order and crafted exclusively for you. As such, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size selection errors, or changes of mind.
Exceptions:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll issue a free replacement.
- For a first-time size issue, we offer a one-time store credit for exchange.
- Refunds are only available if a replacement cannot be provided.
Conditions for Exchange or Replacement:
- Contact us at support@ashosora.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Submit clear photos of the issue (e.g., defects, incorrect item).
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
2. Curated Items – Returns & Exchanges
Due to limited stock and international sourcing, we cannot accept general returns. However, we are happy to offer a replacement or credit in the case of:
- Damage or defect upon arrival
- Significant deviation from the product description
Conditions:
- Contact us at support@ashosora.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Return shipping may be required depending on the issue.
3. Handcrafted Elegance – Pending Policy
This upcoming collection will include handcrafted goods such as candles and textured pieces. A specific return policy will be posted once the collection launches.
4. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Contact us at support@ashosora.com within the 24-hour window.
- We cannot guarantee cancellation after 24 hours if your item has entered production or shipment.
5. General Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Exclusive Print Collection (except for approved cases above)
- Perishables, personal care products, or hazardous goods
- Gift cards and sale items
6. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- If more than 15 days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, contact us again at support@ashosora.com.
