- Exclusive Print Collection: Made-to-order items produced after each order. These are crafted with care and intention, shipped directly from our U.S.-based production partners. While we strive to process these orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to production demand.
- Curated Collection: Pre-stocked or small-batch items sourced directly from Japan. Each item is prepared with authenticity and shipped either from limited U.S. inventory or our fulfillment partner in Japan.
- Handcrafted Elegance: Hand-poured candles and other artisan creations that blend Japanese tradition with thoughtful design. Production and shipping times vary by item.
2. Processing & Shipping Times
Exclusive Print Collection
- Estimated Processing: 3–7 business days
- Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days (within U.S.)
- Free shipping available on most products
- Orders may ship separately if multiple items are placed together.
Curated Collection
- Estimated Processing: 2–5 business days
- Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days (international from Japan)
Handcrafted Elegance
- Estimated Processing: 3–6 business days
- Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days (varies by carrier and season)
Note: Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Shipping time may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
3. Shipping Costs

- Curated: Based on international shipping rates and weight; may include free shipping on select items.
- Handcrafted Elegance: Rates shown at checkout; varies by item.

4. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Use this to track your delivery via the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive tracking within the estimated time, contact support@ashosora.com.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
- If tracking shows a delay, contact the carrier first.
- For lost orders, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
